All orders completed before 2:00pm are dispatched the same day subject to product availability.
Whilst we try to maintain current stock availability on our website sometimes errors can occur. In this event we will contact you to see how you wish to proceed.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
When you place an order you can select your preferred delivery option. The charges for the different services are displayed above. We don't charge based on your orders weight but will select the most appropriate courier based upon your orders value and weight. Your order details will passed across to our delivery couriers for custom and tracking purposes. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the following business day. If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday or before a Bank Holiday, the processing/delivery might take place on the next business day so please plan for this.
We supply jewellery sealed in a clear bag. This way you can check your order when you receive it to make sure everything is ok. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on jewellery unless there is a fault with the item.
You have the right to cancel your order for 14 days after receipt of the order. You have a further 14 days to return the items back to us. As long as they are in the original sealed bag.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods. Refunds will be carried out within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, if the items are not faulty/incorrect you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as the items will remain the customers responsibility until received at Paradox.
Deductions can be made if the value of the goods have been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary.
