These labrets are externally threaded and feature a synthetic opal attachment, in a variety of colours. Opal, often associated with love and passion, is said to intensify emotional states whilst also acting as an emotional stabiliser. The ball can be replaced or swapped out for any internally threaded attachment of the same gauge.
