North Star Internal Attachment

Available in silver and gold and made from surgical steel, these attachments feature a large 8-point star with gems in the middle. These attachments will fit onto our 1.2mm titanium labret and barbell stems, making them suitable for a wide range of face and ear piercings. Attachment measures 8.5mm at the widest point.
