Bioflex

Bioflex is a medical-grade plastic, and is bio-compatible and hypoallergenic. It is flexible, ultra-light, and is available in coloured or transparent styles.

It is generally used by people with metal allergies, or as a retainer to maintain the shape of the piercing channel whilst reducing visibility for school, work, sport etc. It is also suitable for MRI and other medical scans, however always double check this with your doctor.

Bioflex should not be used in fresh piercings as it cannot be autoclaved. To clean, simply wash with antibacterial soap and water.
